Main responsibility will be to increase the enrolment number of students for our academic programs through appropriate market planning, implementation and execution of activities in the respective market sectors assigned to them.
Secondary responsibility will be to handle the social media (facebook, Instagram, twitter) marketing for the college. This would include creating content and regularly updating the social media platforms. To ensure the college has a strong digital presence at all times.
To market the academic programs in the secondary schools through proper channels by liaising with the school counsellors and conducting promotional talks & exhibitions to the secondary school students.
Explaining / giving counsel to potential students / parents / guardians the various programmes offered by the college by means of telephone calls, emails, digital marketing and face to face meetings.
To bring in potential students and their parents for Open Day events at the college.
To engage in appointments and presentation with potential students / parents / guardians to guide them on the best possible programmes and pathways available.
To participate in all marketing activities and events of the college such as education fairs, road shows, exhibitions, Open Days etc
Support and assist the Marketing Manager / Director in all areas of marketing related task.
Requirements
Minimum SPM certificate.
Good command of spoken and written English and Malay. The ability to converse in any other language would be an added advantage.
One year of experience as a marketer is desirable but not essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Sound knowledge in social media marketing and content creation.
Exposure and a strong passion in the Education industry is an added advantage.
Computer literate. Basic computer operating ability.
Must be a team player.
