Job details
Support Senior travel consultant
Receive initial draft from Travel Consultants and prepare price quote
Maintain CRM data for all clients assigned
Research in-depth experiences for clients, reading backgrounds of locations, possible activities, special events and general opportunities available during their travels
Book flights, accommodation, car hire, guides, translator, activities
Prepare and deliver all final documents for clients to Travel Consultants in addition to necessary legal work (visa applications, etc.)
Negotiating agreements with Air, Hotel and Car suppliers
Prepare weekly update report
Maintaining the supplier relationship throughout the contract
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to develop focus markets
Attend exhibitions, go to destinations to do onsite visits
Support finance in tracking of income
