Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Admin & HR Assistant who wants to grow with our company in a long term position. The candidate should be hardworking, self-motivated and driven by prioritizing work above all else.

The role will be a clear and effective point of contact for all general correspondence and information distribution. Besides implementing and streamlining office procedures and organizing data, the role will also be exposed to HR duties and perform assigned content writing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist all departments with various projects/tasks by researching, compiling and analyzing ;
  • Write content for website, SOP, WI, job descriptions and other content with English ;
  • Perform a variety of general office support duties; maintain calendar of activities and meetings; process mail including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing ;

Skills and Competencies

  • Must possess strong content writing ;

  • Well-organized with a great sense of ;
  • Attentive to details with zero tolerance for ;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor during all ;

Education and Qualification
