As a Commis Chef, you are responsible for preparing food in the kitchen as per the Standards of Performance set. Maintain the consistency of all our partnered brands recipes and striving to further improve your knowledge.

Requirements

• Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines
• Sustain the consistency of all the recipe of our partnered brands
• Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in the daily operation and take full responsibilities of your section when your immediate supervisor is not there, in order to ensure a smooth operation
• Organize your section and the mise en place.
• Responsible of cleaning the section
• Comply with the Kitopi environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitor chiller temperature and checklist filling
