Job Responsibilities

Handle enquiries and feedback from customers through incoming phone call and email

Assists customers with their product concern

Handle redemption and others rewards programme

Prepare reports and coordinate with management on customer's queries, requests, feedback and complaints.

Any others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirement

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pleasant personalities and excellent customer services attitude

Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
