Qualifications: 

Bachelor of Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience:

 at least one year experience in UAE related to accounts payables & experience of working with Sage, FMC, Excel

Job Role:

1.Prepare suppliers payments & all the other payments procedure as per the company policy.

2.Maintain vendor reconciliations & aging report monthly.

3.Posting invoices in FMC & export to Sage (Ensure that all invoices, debit notes, credit notes, related to purchases of goods & services are recorded, accounted properly & file accordingly).

4.Handling petty cash

5.Prepare VAT return filling report

6.Maintain proper filing according to the company policy

7.Should possess aptitude & ability to interact well with all suppliers

8.Prepare cash flow statement

9.Post all the revenue collection to the system

10.Prepare credit card reconciliation statement

11.Assist with month end closing

12. Deal with the company bank (If necessary need to travel to the bank)

13. Post all the payments & direct expenses to the system.

14. Assist in monthly inventory count & cash float audit
