Maintains accurate patient records, updates patient profiles and ensures confidentiality of files and information.

Conducts patient history interview and takes vital signs on each patient.

Provides nursing care for patients in OR, ER, etc. and performs comprehensive nursing skills.

Assesses and acts on patients' conditions and makes appropriate and timely decisions to address patient concerns.

Ensures medicines are administered and given according to Physician's instructions.
