The Role

We are seeking a Solution, talented, motivated, A+ player to join our group as a Head of Sales/Operations in a dynamic and smart solutions technologies company , highly agile technology company operating on a regional level. As a key member of the group, the General Manager will report to the Chairman and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The GM will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the of an entity that is sub-focused on core technologies of the group company, with a longer term and equally important focus on strategy development and implementation required in a high growth technology company. The role will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, Candidates must have a presentation, excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, tenacity and organization skills will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

Provide strategic advice to chairman / owners so they will have an accurate view of the market and the company's future

Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial tea.

Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

Requirements

You should have solid skills and experience in fulfilling the job of leading business strategies in Security technology company or related, particularly in sales and risk planning activities gained from a similar role. As a person, you are the clear, unifying and outgoing leader who is competent to cooperate and create relationships. In addition, you are an excellent communicator who performs meaningful communication with respect to all stakeholders and collaborators.

Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience in and Smart Solutions.

Individual contributor and ability to sell Cognitive solutions.

strong connections with decision maker and market reach for instance and limited to retail, BFSI and supply chain as well as education.

Strong finance background is required.

Strong leadership skills with experience building, growing and motivating teams.

Substantive experience with developing Business.

Expertise working with sales budgets, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

5+ years proven experience as sales and operation

5+ years' experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision.

Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Experience in handling Turkey Market

speaking Turkish and English.

Required qualifications
