Job Summary:

We're an established consultancy firm looking for a Management & Operations Trainee who has a talent for problem-solving and a passion for resolving conflict. The OT prioritizes tasks according to business objectives and is involved in all aspects of business operations. In this role, successfully delivering and exceeding expectations will result in a boost in overall productivity and quality. After successful completion of the training program, you'll have the chance to secure a spot on our Team as an operations supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work side-by-side with leadership to manage operational issues, resolve administrative concerns and create/update company policies and procedures  
  • Ensure compliance with government rules and build relations to resolve issues 
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and assist with Management's personal administrative tasks as required 

Education and Qualifications:

  • All educational backgrounds are acceptable  
  • Must be Bahraini 
  • Must have a valid driver's license 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly disposition 
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
