Job details
1. Source /create engaging and related marketing content/campaigns.
2. Conceptualize and develop communication strategies that deliver objectives to attract the target audiences.
3. To handle all enquiries channelled in and to escalate & follow up as necessary.
4. Refine target audience and manage newsletter & information sent to them.
5. Monitor and analyse the results of communication and web traffic acquisition to further improve communication strategies.
6. Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities and threats in user-generated content.
7. Work with the product team to design and package educational activities in a fun & engaging way to be marketed towards the target audiences.
8. Other duties as deemed necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Basic HTML editing knowledge is preferred
2. Technically savvy with online tools & ecosystem
3. Preferably candidates with good communication skills with excellent verbal and written English.
4. A self-directed worker who takes initiative for content & overall online presence.
5. Possesses a creative outlook, with the desire to consistently generate fresh & unique content.
