Job Description:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino, Chinese speaking is an advantage
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prepares payable vouchers to suppliers
- Administer the purchase of office supplies and stocks needed for operation.
- Handles own Inventory of all Operating Supplies
- Communicate with Suppliers local.
- Able to sort for best rates of items to be purchased of even shipping lines/broker/freight services.
- Any task that may be assigned from time to time
- Payroll preparation
- Keeping Track / Filing of Employee 201 Files
- GOVERNMENT REMITTANCES
- Monthly Expense monitoring for GTC
- Government Mandatory Benefits & Contribution
- Administering Govt Payments Online / Filing Everything in an Organized manner after payments have been settled.
- BIR/Pag-Ibig/PHIC/SSS
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Required Skill(s): Quickbooks, Computer Literate
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
