Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers
Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
Sales lead management and tracking system which allows to be aware of clients' buying requirements
Responsible for handling the sales appointment (scheduler) where the data on all the meetings with customers are entered including follow-up calls, email and test drives.
Making sure the customer database is correct and accurate
Maintaining and track customers inquiries.
Managing follow up with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers' needs, provide assistance and information on product features
Provide desk reception duties and answering phone calls in a cordial, timely and professional manner
Meet and greet customer and clients in a professional and warm manner
Maintains sales documents and records
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Requirements:
- CRM and front office working experience
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
