- Oversee kitchen operations ( staff morale, product knowledge and abide with SOP)
- Upkeep a healthy and harmonious working environment
- Train and develop kitchen staff when needed
- Involve in menu reviewing and operational matters on a quarterly basis
- Participate in new food projects (creation of new menu/ recipe)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with strong technical skills (cook) in Kitchen operations
- Team player, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Able to handle non-halal products
- Must be able to do 6 days' work week
