Responsibilities:
* Achieve/Exceed budget KPIs (Sales, Revenues, profit and OCF) .
* Run cost effective programe to control expenditures.
* Prepare a strategic sales and marketing plan for domestic as well as export markets.
* Create new sales channels.
* Responsible for hiring, mentoring & training talents as per HR Plan.
* Oversee opertional Health and safety & training plan for employees.
* ISO certification
* Offer training & development opportunities
Qualifications:
* University /Diploma degree in Agriculture field.
* 5-8 years of management experience in Greenhouses agriculture environment . Preferably tomato , strawberries and vegetables.
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must have well tracking record in Sales , Marketing growth and P&L.
* Must have multi-site management
* Experience in agriculture strategic planning.
* Must speak Turkish, English. Arabic is +
