Reporting to : Planning & Process Improvement Manager
Core / Primary Duties:
Product Management
Manage and own the group products masters, definition, creating and cleansing.
Manage and own the products formulas, definition, creating and cleansing.
Coordinate with cost controller to manage sister company price list.
Reporting
Conduct data analysis and leveraging insights to assess business opportunities.
Work with team members and process/business owner to design & create reports and dashboards from various data sources and related applications like AX Dynamics & Power BI, in addition to use Microsoft excel for data collection, analysis & use power point tor presentation.
Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance process requirements.
Process Improvement
Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives.
Use the ERP and reporting tools to study and analyze and improve the current process implemented.
Support senior leaders in creating and delivering strategic plans for their respective business units.
Use management consulting tools to deliver high impact, creative solutions to solve complex business problems, and facilitate the subsequent change management activities.
Sales & Operation Coordination
Supervise the communication process between sales and production, and transforming sales orders into job orders.
Provide support for employees of all departments for any process, from general request / inquires to extensive training where needed.
Others
You should have a good understanding of project management and change management methodologies, be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex business opportunities into simple proposals.
Have people management skills to be able to handle the diverse group of staff and conflict situations in the job situation.
Criteria / Requirements:
Educational Qualification : Graduate ideally in a discipline such as industrial engineering,
operational research, industrial design, economics or business subjects.
Professional Experience : 2-5 years of UAE experience professional qualifications in related fields
are an Advantage specially in plastic processing or any manufacturing
environment. Develop complex analytical models utilizing Excel (Pivot,
Complex Functions, VLookup, Macro's)
Performance Criteria : Be trained or have used either process re-engineering, lean, six sigma,
organization design, customer journey mapping, innovation or design
thinking to enable business transformation. Have experience working
as a management consultant or projects role is preferred.
Language : Arabic & English (Read Write and Speak)
Age : 23 to 30 years.
Technical Qualification : Plastic manufacturing industry is desirable.
Additional Qualification : Worked before in top-tier ERP, such as: MS Dynamics, Power BI etc. BI and other functional knowledge of digital technology is big advantage.
Preferably visit visa holders / applicants under notice period but its not essential.
