Job Description:
*Chef consultant is required for an upcoming restaurant in Jumeirah who will help out in business set up, purchasing of equipments & fixtures needed before the restaurant opening.
*Will train and carry out briefings and ensuring that the team is well aware of their daily tasks and responsibilities
*Manage an outstanding kitchen pre-operation to ensure that the work place is controlled professionally and efficiently
*Manage all back of house kitchen house duty including quality assurance, performance and product knowledge
Job Requirements:
* 3-4 years experience as Chef in UAE
* Culinary Degree or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Has the ability to lead and inspire the team.
