In a Restaurant, one of the first and last people that guests interact with is the receptionist/host/hostess. Minimum high school education required, a higher degree 
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
Read, write, and speak English fluently. A secondary language would be an advantages
Strong computer knowledge, well versed in windows, internet explorer
Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and MICROS
Ability to take and follow instructions both written
Basic assessment and math
Strong interpersonal and communication
