Responsibilities: 

  • Operates cash register following sales and cash ;
  • Balances at the end of shift. Computes and records totals compared to cash register and verify against cash on ;
  • Makes change, and issues receipts to ;
  •  Record amounts received, refunds, voids, cash drops, and keeps documentation reports of ;
  • Gives cash refunds or issues credit to customers with manager ;
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Understands the sense of urgency and team effort needed to operate ;
  • Total control of day to day accounts ;
  • Consolidating Financial ;
  • data entry and filing
  • up selling

Skills

  • English Verbal/Speaking & written communication ;
  • English Typing speed with accuracy
  • Basic & advance excel knowledge (Summation, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Average, Percentage, Min, Max, V Look Up, H Look up, Pivot, Graph etc)
  • E-mail drafting ;
  • Organizing skills
  • conflict resolution
  • Able to communicate well, give good customer service
