Our client our currently recruiting for a Lead BCBA/BCaBA. (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
.

We are currently interviewing qualified individuals for a managerial position who will provide support and supervision to behavior analytic therapists.
Our client continues to expand its services to children with autism and other developmental disorders in Dubai, UAE.

This is an exciting role in a new multidisciplinary mental health service provision in Dubai and will give the post holder the opportunity to shape and develop the service and role within the team.
There is a considerable work within the caseload presenting at the Clinic investigating underlying language difficulties in the adolescent population presenting with mental health difficulties.
The team are very experienced and a weekly team meeting and CPD opportunity allows for effective and efficient case ;Team working is very much the focus of the ;


Duties & Responsibilities: 

Supervise and train therapists in implementation of effective behavior analytic treatment methods 

Assist in the development of instructional goals, objectives, and lesson plans 

Manage and supervise all aspects of the treatment program
Support the writing and development of assessment reports, treatment plans and progress reports

Train parents and other service providers of the children served in the clinic

Coordinate treatment activities with schools and other service ;

Successful Candidates Will Possess: 

Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university
Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst 

Prior successful experience working with persons with autism/related developmental disabilities is preferred.
