Job details
The Software Analyst will coordinate with other members of the company to determine requirements for software applications that meet the company's business demands. The main focus is to improve business efficiency and productivity by comparing and recommending top technology solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Carry out research and conduct analysis to discover the best software solution for current phase requirements.
2. Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new technology based initiatives to support and enhance our existing processes.
3. Implement, test, maintain, and support solutions.
4. Recommend improvements to company website.
Requirements:
Successful candidate should be qualified with Bachelors in related field and 1-3 years of experience in software analysis with understanding of web development. Must be passionate and obsessed with finding bright solutions to complicated technology problems. Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
