Job Description:

In this role, you will work alongside a talented team to deliver a superior experience for people to trade cryptocurrencies.

You will be responsible for:

Building efficient, reusable well-designed and high-quality front-end systems.

User-centered agile product development.

Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.

Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.

The architect, design, development, and deployment of new features.

Required Skills:

Expertise in: State management (redux, mobx, etc.); SPAs (React, Vue etc.); Modern javascript (ES6+); CSS preprocessor (SCSS ); Modern CSS (flexbox, etc.); Semantic HTML; Graphic(Canvas, , ).

Experience building responsive and adaptive applications.

Deep knowledge of browser APIs.

Experience in optimizing frontend performance.

Ability to work in the backend (, , )

Experience with React Native and Expo.

Requirements:

You have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering as well as at least 3 years of experience in software development.

You need to be passionate about cryptocurrencies.

You are fine with a flexible time schedule and communicate with colleagues in Toronto.

You are hungry, passionate about working in a startup environment and want to lead a team and learn and play with new technologies.

You are also highly self-motivated, proficient at transforming concepts into a solid architecture and requirements, meticulously detail-oriented, and able to quickly come up to speed on new technologies.
