Job Description:
- Conduct brainstorming with Academic Specialist, Shoot Specialist and Post Production Officer on pre-production
- Able to translate and creatively portray ideas to script and storyboard
- Apply necessary revisions on output according to the requests of other parties
- Attend shooting and previews with Shoot Specialist and Post Production Officer in the duration of the production process
- Make necessary adjustments on treatment but still safeguard the original concepts of the video project
- Keep the value of education intact on all sequence of production
- Adjust all work process according to the availability of the team members
- Be mindful of limitations on schedule, available equipment, talent capacity, etc. for the shooting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Broadcasting or Journalism
- Background in teaching is an advantage
- Has more than a year of experience with scriptwriting and instructional design
- Online portfolio of own script written videos
Must have
- Excellent instructional design and scriptwriting portfolio, a teaching background would also be an advantage
- Has working knowledge with video production, scriptwriting, motion graphics and working in a fast paced environment
- Able to work within a team or on remote access
- Can accommodate long working hours if the job requires
- Tech savvy and knows how to curate social media content
Good to have
- Passion for, and extensive experience in the education field in the Philippines, specifically
- Teaching (K-12 preferred)
- Training (professional/ corporate/teacher training)
- Coaching and training
- Project management skills
