Job description:

• Submit the required video content before the set deadline intact with all the required revisions
• Secure the quality of editing, animation and audio clarity but at the same time develop creative video execution
• Keep the team posted with the project pipeline of deliverables
• Be able to maximize various resources that are available online
• Be sure to organize video raw materials, animation clips, audio assets and archived contents
• Be resourceful and conservative with assigned budget resources
• Comply with the weekly reports on project, budget and human resource status
• Always refer to Company design and animation guidelines with every project
• Have the concept approved on all the education guidelines set by Content Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Animation or equivalent      
• Has more than a year of experience with video editing, motion graphics with sound design 
• Online portfolio of own edited videos     
• Able to work within a team or on remote access      
• Can accommodate long working hours as the job requires

Must-Have

• Has working knowledge of the whole video production process from planning to publishing
• A great attitude and work ethic
• A growth mindset and a willingness to improve self as well as the team and company
• Excellent composition skills
• Be able to grasp academic concepts and present them in ways the audience will understand and be engaged
• Work collaboratively with a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow instructions and notes from team members
• Must be passionate about his/her craft and have high standards for outputs
• Knowledgeable of the ins and outs of video production
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects

Good-to-Have

• 2 years or more of experience of video production in a professional setting
• Background in EdTech, especially online learning.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design
