Qualitas Material Testing Laboratories are looking for Business Development / Marketing Executives to join our team to develop the business service
Candidates applying must have an UAE industrial experience
Responsibilities:
- Understand the market, customer and the competition. Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies
- Work seamlessly with Director and General Managers, on all aspects of selling / business development as required
- Lead the Direct sales focus and consistently achieve /exceed the sales ;
- Obtains orders, identify and uncover opportunities and establishes new accounts.
- Develop, maintain and evolve laboratory sales plans aligned to budget attainment
- Conduct / submit weekly quotation reviews and reports
- Coordinate with the operations team, proactively monitor adherence to the committed timelines and resolving customer issues
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information. Recommends changes by evaluating results and competitive development
- Ensure new and existing account development, tendering and forecast development
Skills / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year selling experience in a project based environment
- Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
- Start-up experience as Quality is also preferred
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
- Arabic will be an added advantage.
