About the Role: 

As a member of LenddoEFL's growing team, your primary goal is to support the sales team in delivering outstanding results for clients and maintaining excellent relationships in order to increase ;

You will be required to implement and project manage client deployments, analyse results, prepare presentations and to be the interface between LenddoEFL's clients and internal teams.

You will be expected to create business cases and resulting implementation plans; liaise with stakeholders to implement the LenddoEFL platform; take ownership of results; look for opportunities to strengthen client ;

Primary Responsibilities:

• Liaising with client stakeholders and LenddoEFL's sales, data science, risk and technical teams
• Developing detailed use-case / customer experience specifications for client deployments
• Developing the implementation plans with sign off from all stakeholders
• Implementation project management duties
• Business analysis and review of production data
• Presentations to client on deployment results
• Attending weekly / monthly review meetings with clients as appropriate
• Identifying opportunities of up-selling and cross-selling

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three years implementation / change management consulting experience to include:
• System and process mapping 
• Change management program design and implementation
• Change management comms design and roll-out
• Performance management systems design ( BSC)

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• A demonstrable history of overachieving targets
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders
• Self starter, can work independently
• Proven ability to work to tight timelines and budgets
• Ability to work flexible hours
• MBA graduates preferred, but other post-graduate qualifications considered
• Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in English
• Exposure to credit risk / consumer lending a considerable advantage
