Main responsibilities:

Working with the partners and practice heads to manage and prepare pitches and proposals including research, drafting, editing, collating information, proofing and collating pitch stats and testimonials.

Maintaining and updating deal / credentials / people / database profiling through consistent media management.

Brand - As required/directed, delivery of a mix of profiling and communication programmes to increase expertise (brand) recognition utilising a variety of marketing channels including

Newsletters, alerts and other publications, including internal communication with the marketing team

Developing thought leadership / proprietary research and forums

Timely maintenance, periodic review and updating of the firm's core collateral including: website, articles, lawyer profiles, credential documents, deal databases and brochures

Coordinating with partners on the development and execution of targeted email campaigns including the building of the campaigns and CRM management.

Profile and Attributes

Considerable hands-on experience gained in a professional services organisation or B2B environment.

Commercially savvy with a flexible and collaborative operating style.

A proactive self-starter and practical problem solving skills.

Strong team player with excellent influencing skills.

Perceptive and tactful individual and effective communicator.

Must be able to liaise effectively with a diverse mix of nationalities and cultures.

Ability to manage and negotiate competing priorities.

Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
