Commission-based Sales Associate to work alongside the Director. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Art History and/or Arts Administration, and a thorough working knowledge and passion for contemporary art. At least one year related sales experience and proven track record in the region is welcome, but not required. Superior communication skills in English, independence, initiative, responsibility, and poise.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business and sales of emerging contemporary artworks, including cold calls, while monitoring and reporting quarterly sales targets
  
• Assist with maintaining and building existing client relationships under the supervision of the Director
  
• Represent and increase the profile of the platform at art world networking events
  
• Regional travel may be included, depending on the performance
  

The position requires flexible hours and compensation is commission and performance-based, so independence, high motivation, and initiative are absolutely necessary.
