The Corporate Sales Manager is an integral member of the XpertLearning team and will be responsible for the sales, business development and consultancy to key customers in the GCC.
Business Development Related Tasks
-Development and promotion of XpertLearning's Online Learning and Performance solutions
-Identify and work with prospects, customers and partners to develop sales opportunities
-Work with the Directors to develop sales opportunities to secure contracts Identify, create and maintain a network of contacts within the market in order to develop opportunities for XpertLearning
-Prepare and deliver presentations for the XpertLearning value proposition
-Identify and nurture opportunities within existing key accounts to create new business
-Qualify, support and monitor specific sales opportunities Key Account Management and Consultancy (existing customers)
-Growing the business in customer accounts. You will build and manage a healthy pipeline for new business within existing accounts in collaboration with the strategic objectives of XpertLearning.
-Sustain and improve the overall Customer Satisfaction of your Customers
-Provide quarterly reports through meetings to make sure that your existing customers fully utilise their online learning and performance solution
-Define and execute with your existing clients an overall strategic account plan with clear short and long term objectives and build ROI for business impact
