National Debt Advisors presents a unique opportunity for a skilled, experienced Terminations Agent in the Debt Review industry.


Requirements:


  • Matric (Essential)
  • Clear ITC and criminal record (Essential)
  • Minimum 1-year Debt Review experience
  • Ability to interpret and analyze proposals
  • Must have an understanding of over-indebtedness
  • Experience in working on a dialler in a call center environment
  • Proven computer skills
  • Writing and drafting skills
  • Familiar with the NCR and NCA Legislation
  • Ability to reinstate accounts


Duties:


  • Effectively liaising and negotiating with clients, creditors, and attorneys if required
  • Managing and minimizing payment, distribution and administrative errors on client files
  • Account & client reinstatement
  • Liaising with creditors in regards to payment arrangements
  • Formulating new payment plans and identifying errors in accounts
  • Negotiating with attorneys and creditors whilst following up on outstanding payments.
  • Conducting investigations and reviews on client accounts where required
  • Assisting with NCR investigations where required
