1. To co-ordinate and manage ICT projects as tasked by the school management/HOD (ICT)/Corporate Office/Allied Professionals Office/Vocational Education Department and ensurethat all school policies, guidelines and standards are adhered to (including documentation, safety checks, etc). 

2. To gather the ICT needs of the school and proactively scan the market for technology trends and new tools that support special education school operations & administration, and introduce innovative ICT projects for school's consideration.

3. To plan and purchase ICT equipment and resources in support of school daily operations, administration, ICT-based T&L programmes as directed by the HOD (ICT), school operations & administration 

4. To manage the school's ICT resources (including, servers, networks, PCs, notebooks, iPADs,b iWBs, printers, PA & AV equipment, charging carts) in the LAN rooms, office, staffroom, special rooms and classrooms (including maintenance, condemnation, upgrading and inventory check) 

5. To organise and conduct relevant briefings and trainings for staff for all ICT-based operational & administrative systems to be implemented

6. To provide video taking & editing services to staff as approved by HOD (ICT) and school management in support of major school events 

7. To provide AV support for all school events (including training student PA crew, if need be)

8. To undertake any other ICT or operational tasks (relating to school operations & administration) as directed by the school management/HOD (ICT)/ Corporate Office/Allied Professionals Office/Vocational Education Department
