The company is a leading manufacturer of Oxygen Free Copper rod, wire & strip in Malaysia, established in the year 1981. It is listed on the mainboard of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in the year 1996. The high quality copper products produced by the company are extensively used for many applications, including generation, transmission & distribution of electricity, telecommunications, lightning protection, welding, electronics & automotive parts, magnetic coils, motors, compressors, transformers etc.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
Organizing special functions and social events.
Responsible for license renewal and liaising with Government Bodies such as MPK, Land Office.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Responsible for Office Cleaners.
Responsible for Contracts (Canteen, Cleaners, Housing and others).
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
And other Administrative tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field
Experience and specializing in Human Resources or equivalent is preferable
Willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang
