Must be able to show a good knowledge of ISO, OHSAS and other related standard and its applications
Must be able to show the good practical use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques
Capable of making independent decisions; whilst being appreciative of department managers and existing protocols
Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills
Excellent team working and adaptability
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
Ability to prioritize workload
Flexible and trustworthy.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide Technical Support & Training
Products Developments
Preparing Technical Submittals
Ability for Preparing Production Planning.
Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company's quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports, etc
Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality awareness throughout the various departments
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the products and the environment; through training and work instructions
Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques
Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
Analyze the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns
Continuously improving Quality procedures
Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions, through working with Purchasers and Department Managers
Ensure supplier assurance and if necessary perform quality audits
Perform inspection and testing for raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
Document the reports on time and make NCR, CAR and its follow up.
Prepare, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms
Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements
Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
Conduct toolbox talk with the employees.
