GENERAL ACCOUNTING
Answers email/requests of availability
Pass necessary journal entries and prepares cash trial and bank reconciliation statement
Ensures that necessary books of accounts like cash book, ledger etc. are prepared and compared with exchange bank statement
Managing account statements, reports and other records
Checking and monitoring of documents generated by the Accounting Officer
Ensure accuracy of details on documents for submission with the Accounting Manager
CREDIT AND COLLECTION
Monitors client accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
Monitoring and encoding of sales invoice
Creating and reporting accounts receivables per week
Collection of receivables from clients
Deposit and passbook updating
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Reconciles final bill claim with provisional bill claim at the end of the year
Prepares checks for accounts payable
Checks and compiles receipts of accounts payable
Review and verifies invoices and checks request
MANAGEMENT OF FIXED ASSET
Processing of documents for business assets issued to employees
Tagging of PPE
Transfer of fixed asset
Checking of issued business tools from a resigned employee
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Monitoring and updating the inventory management of the company
Maintains and creates accurate inventory documentation
SRS/MRS recording (excel file)
Inventory counting
Compilation of accurate inventory
Inventory counting
AUDIT AND ACCREDITATION
Assists external auditor during audit period
Provides supporting documents for auditing
GOVERNMENTAL DOCUMENTS AND COMPLIANCE
SSS/Philhealth payment
Renewal of permits (, Mayor's Permit, SEC Registration)
Dealing transactions with Bureau of Internal Revenue
