Responsibilities:

  • An affinity with matured adults and their ;
  • Ability to build rapport with different types of customers - both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with an ability to respond appropriately to enquiries via face to face, e-mail or through calls.
  • Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general office and administrative procedures including data entry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basic trouble shooting skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member

Requirement:

  • Able to speak English and Mandarin
  • Ability to speak a dialect is preferred but not required
  • Confident communicator with active listening skills
  • Customer oriented with the ability to adapt to various client profiles
