Responsibilities:
- An affinity with matured adults and their ;
- Ability to build rapport with different types of customers - both internal and external.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with an ability to respond appropriately to enquiries via face to face, e-mail or through calls.
- Computer skills to intermediate level including the use of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of general office and administrative procedures including data entry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and basic trouble shooting skills.
- Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
Requirement:
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Ability to speak a dialect is preferred but not required
- Confident communicator with active listening skills
- Customer oriented with the ability to adapt to various client profiles
