Job Description:

Retrieve and revert to customer queries and take ownership of issues and concerns of customers.

Maintain the balance between a customer's requirements and business objectives and at the same time to efficiently demonstrate sales and marketing techniques.

Articulate and demonstrate information related to the products and/or any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.

Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.

Be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.

Deliver business strategies and improve customer services and guide them for execution of self-service options.

Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate with Team Leaders and/or Managers.

Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Job Requirements:

Individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.

Experience in customer service role is desirable.

Past working experience in contact/call center preferred, but not a must.

Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma, in any field.

Highly skilled in emails, social media and online applications.

Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.

Normal working hours (9am - 6pm)
