Requirements:-

• Provide M-F 8X5 Service desk Support from Penang Operations Center (OC) with capabilities in Korean and English speaking agents. (Medium size commercial/enterprise customers with Push-to-Talk (PoC) service) 
• Duties include answering telephone call inquiries, interfacing with external clients and promoting an organization's products and responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish performs a variety of tasks, managing daily tasks such as on-time delivery, coordinate customer needs, communication with external clients and sites, support of the sales 
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or ;
• Provide Tech Support; they will be doing Root Cause Analysis on various items such as Map Issue
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Strong customer service orientation and dynamic personality and team
• Ability to work flexibly, process oriented and on own initiative and even to be able to work under pressure
