Job Overview Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor - Entry Operations at Riverland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily entry operations, including ticketing, guest flow, and access control.Key responsibilities include: Supervise daily entry operations including ticketing, guest flow, and access control.Monitor and manage queue systems to ensure efficient guest movement and minimize wait times.Ensure all entry points are adequately staffed and operational throughout the day.Support the training and development of entry operations staff to uphold service standards.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and operational reports.Coordinate with security and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols.Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance entry efficiency.Liaise with internal departments for smooth coordination of events and peak day operations.About the Role: The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in guest services or entry operations.
