With a strong presence in Dubai and plans for expansion, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations across various jurisdictions. About the Role We seek a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliance with VAT and corporate tax laws in the Middle East. This role is vital in shaping Pluto's financial strategy, enhancing reporting, and scaling our finance function as we grow. Key Responsibilities Oversee Pluto's financial operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, financial planning, and expense control. Develop and implement financial models to analyze performance, improve forecasts, and support strategic decisions. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments. Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax laws, and regional financial regulations, including accurate tax filings. Collaborate with bookkeepers and teams from other entities in KSA, USA, and beyond. Lead and mentor the finance team, optimizing processes and maintaining high reporting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights for leadership. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners to ensure compliance and transparency. Implement cost-saving strategies and spending policies aligned with Pluto's vision. Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies. Role Requirements Extensive experience with multi-national group holdings across multiple jurisdictions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred). At least 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in Saa S, fintech, or high-growth tech companies. Deep knowledge of Middle East VAT, corporate tax laws, and compliance. Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Proven leadership in managing and scaling finance teams with a focus on automation.
