The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, registration and licensing offerings. Additionally, the role serves as the primary point of contact for all new and existing DHCC investors regarding company registration.Job Description The role is responsible for providing a one-stop-shop service and offerings to all customers of the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA). The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, registration and licensing offerings. Additionally, the role serves as the primary point of contact for all new and existing DHCC investors regarding company registration.The key purpose of this role is to provide real-time responses, quick resolutions, standardized service quality, and enhanced business insights. This role plays a crucial part in DHCC’s overall customer relationship management, enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring a high level of satisfaction, in line with the organization’s vision of becoming a global healthcare destination.The Customer Care Executive acts as a front-of-house ambassador, proactively assisting and ensuring that all customer queries and requirements are addressed.Ensure timely processing of client applications submitted by the sales and marketing teams.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules and guidelines related to UAE free zone business licenses and visa processing.Oversee the completion of all licensing and registration documents, ensuring they are submitted within the time limits set by the government.Ensure that all client-provided information is accurate and correct, and prepare and verify all legal documents.Demonstrate professionalism and safety habits by maintaining a clean workstation and ensuring the MASAAR Customer Service Center is well-kept after completing each daily task. Be well-organized and detail-oriented.Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.Stay informed of any changes in relevant legislation.Ensure that all client concerns are addressed and resolved, delivering exceptional client service and achieving positive outcomes.File all application paperwork with the relevant official government departments.Process orders, forms, and applications.Prepare and file all supporting documents required to obtain a free zone business license.Manage case filing, submit trade license and visa applications, and track the progress of applications.Work within strict timelines, communicating consistently with clients via email or telephone. Tailor the process to suit each client individually.Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries.Ensure that all customer emails and complaints are managed and resolved within the designated turnaround time (TAT).Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide a consistent, premium customer experience.Work towards achieving first-call resolution by offering timely solutions to customers.Follow the correct procedures for data protection and client confidentiality.Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.Continuously assess and improve the daily activities to ensure that they are efficient, cost-saving and innovative from all ends.Identify potential methods for simplifying and improving existing procedures and direct them to the reporting manager.Qualifications Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field Years Of Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), the governing body of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), was established in 2011 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with a mandate to advance DHCC as the emirate’s healthcare and wellness free zone.
