Description
We are seeking a Software Support Engineerto provide technical support and maintenance for a software development project. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development, QA, and operations teams to ensure application stability, address incidents, resolve issues, and assist in deploying updates and enhancements.Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for software applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users and stakeholders Monitor system performance and ensure application availability Collaborate with development teams to analyze root causes and implement fixes Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and known issues Support software deployments, patches, and updates Ensure adherence to SLAs and escalate unresolved issues when necessary Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in a technical support or application support role Strong understanding of software development environments and databases Familiarity with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and scripting is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Duration: 5 Years Skills: scripting,application support,system performance monitoring,technical support,availability,communication,application,ticketing systems,problem-solving,troubleshooting,documentation,collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
