Institutional Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker (6 month contract)Crypto Jobs Job Description Contract: 6-month contract Location: Remote (Based in Dubai)Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English Experience Required: 1–3 years Sector: Crypto, Institutional Finance, HNW clients Team: Binance VIP Team Client Acquisition: Build a portfolio of institutional and HNW (high-net-worth) clients.Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen client relationships, gather feedback, and communicate client needs.Product Development Support: Collaborate on refining services and products for VIP clients.Strategic Collaboration: Work with local/regional teams to identify new opportunities and market needs.Process Improvement: Help optimize internal processes for service delivery and sales.1–3 years in sales/client service roles, ideally in finance (banking, investments, trading, etc.)A network of institutional or HNW clients (e.g., private banks, hedge funds, brokers, etc.)Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.High adaptability and ability to work under pressure.Crypto interest/experience is a plus.Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
