Sales Engineer
Description
Job Responsibilities Visit customers, participate in project pre-sales and daily business communication; Identify customer needs, assist in product selection, and provide professional solutions; Respond to customer needs, maintain customer relationships, and manage key project stages including evaluation, planning, organization, implementation, and payment settlement; Follow up on project progress according to the plan to ensure timely and quality delivery; Monitor project risks, assess their impact, and track countermeasures; Handle customer collection and reconciliation (cash, advance payment, advance check, credit); Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve satisfaction; Market Investigation Effectively investigate the market, analyze competitors' sales models, visit different customer segments, classify customers, and develop specialized strategies. Requirements Must have a Qatar driver license! Experience as a sales engineer; Basic understanding of CAD software; Strong learning ability, independence, proactive thinking, and willingness to work; Adaptability, resilience under pressure, passion for sales, independent sales skills, and excellent communication skills; Willingness to work hard and accept moderate overtime; Team-oriented with proactive resource seeking; Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and active work attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
