Working closely with our industry partners, our cross-functional teams of AI experts build products grounded in the cutting-edge research of our colleagues from the Technology Innovation Institute (TII).What You'll Do As the Founding Mobile Engineer, you will: Build from Scratch: Design, develop, and launch our flagship mobile applications for both i OS and Android platforms.Architect Solutions: Define the technical architecture for cross-platform Gen AI products, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience.Integrate AI Models: Work closely with our AI/ML team to integrate Generative AI models into the mobile experience, optimizing for performance and usability.Lead Development: Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including prototyping, coding, testing, and iteration.Shape the Product: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionality.Establish Standards: Set up best practices for mobile development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and coding standards.Grow the Team: Help build and mentor a world-class mobile engineering team as the company scales.What We're Looking For We're seeking a visionary engineer who is: Experienced: 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development with a strong portfolio of i OS or Android applications. Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.AI-Savvy: Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into mobile applications, including working with APIs like Tensor Flow Lite, Core ML, or ONNX.A Builder: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with experience building products from the ground up.Technically Strong: Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and platform-specific best practices.User-Centric: Passionate about creating intuitive, delightful user experiences powered by advanced technology.Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Innovative: Excited about the potential of Generative AI and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible.Nice-to-Haves Experience with Gen AI tools like Open AI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
