Information Technology Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical and quality standards are met while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to identify issues and implement the best technical solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. Your ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various systems will be crucial.Main Accountabilities: Collaborates with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions.Responds to or escalate calls within given timeframes.
