Manager Security Architect

Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Manage security architecture projects and initiatives overseeing project teams.Collaborate with teams to implement security solutions ensuring adherence to security standards.Evaluate and recommend security technologies best practices and risk mitigation approaches.Assist in developing and updating security policies and procedures.Participate in security assessments and assist with compliance efforts.Communicate security-related information to stakeholders.Monitor security incidents and support incident response efforts.Support the training and development of junior staff.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science Information Security) or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in security architecture Proven experience in managing security projects and teams Knowledge of security principles technologies and compliance requirements Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in Information Security or a related field a plus Relevant certifications (i.e. CISSP CISM) or advanced training a plus At DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
