We are always looking for reliable and punctual team members that will contribute on this challenging but rewarding journey.**Responsibilities**:- _Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones _- _Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. _- _Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria _- _Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles _- _Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders _- _Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records _- _Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction _- _Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives _- _Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services _- _Fulfill all policy requirements _**_Job Requirements _**:- _Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience _- _Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc) _- _Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis _- _Proven ability to work with goals _- _Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively _- _Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships _- _High school or BS degree_
