Automotive System Engineer (Junior/senior/expert

Avelabs is seeking talented and motivated automotive System Engineers to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will work on a variety of complex automotive projects, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.**Job description**- Work with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirements.- Develop and maintain system architecture, design, and functional specifications.- Implement and maintain Automotive SPICE processes and standards.- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.- Conduct reviews and assessments of requirements, designs, and test plans.- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.**Job requirements**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.- Experience in requirements engineering, customer requirements analysis, and stakeholder requirements elicitation.- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and its implementation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262, is a plus.- Knowledge of ISO 21434, Automotive Cybersecurity standards, and other Cybersecurity standards is a plus.- Experience with system modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB and Simulink, is a plus.
