Certified Behavioral Analyst (CBA): As a Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior programs for individuals with special abilities. Using your expertise in behavioral analysis, you will assess behavior patterns, design intervention strategies, and monitor progress. Your primary focus will be on creating positive behavior change, promoting skill acquisition, and improving the overall quality of life for our clients. Through data collection and analysis, you will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.Certified Behavioral Assistant Analyst (CBaA): As a Certified Behavioral Assistant Analyst, you will provide valuable support to the behavioral analysis team in implementing behavior modification plans for individuals with special abilities. Working under the supervision of a CBA, your responsibilities will include assisting with data collection, implementing behavior support strategies, and providing one-on-one support to clients. Your compassion, patience, and ability to connect with individuals with special needs will contribute to their overall well-being and progress.
