Design Team Leader

**MIMAR Society**:**We are always striving to attract and retain highly motivated and talented professionals.**:Preference shall be given to a qualified Designer who can creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability to effectively move forward the design of a portion of or an entire project.The people we appoint will be highly motivated and talented designers who are passionate about architecture, be willing to travel to work on international projects.You will have an impressive design portfolio showing experience beyond concept design stage.**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrable ability to develop architectural proposals from masterplan concepts collaborating with trans-national consultant teams.- Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on international projects, ideally gained in KSA projects.- Ability to design and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Qualifications**:- Degree in architecture or urban design from a recognized university with minimum 15 years of experience.- Utilize Grasshopper and Rhino to create cutting-edge architectural solutions.- Sound knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and 3D Max.- Strong modelling and post-production skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills to actively participate and advocate for team designs in project reviews.- Excellent written and spoken English.**Portfolio/ portfolio link/ work sample is a must.*******Work Environment**:- Working hours: 8:00 to17:30- Days off: Friday and Saturday- Location: New Cairo
