Software Technical Lead (Lahore)

Location: Lahore FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a Software Technical Lead.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of professional hands-on experience as a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer.
2. 3+ years of experience working as a development/technical lead and delivering cloud-based and other enterprise solutions.
3. Polyglot Skills (JS Frameworks, Node, Python, etc.) are required.
4. Ability to do requirement analysis, current state analysis, and future state analysis.
5. Experience in developing Microservices Architecture.
6. Experience in designing efficient persistence layers (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, S3).
7. Hands-on experience regarding logging, log-analysis, and monitoring techniques.
8. Strong experience with cloud service platforms (Amazon AWS is a plus).
9. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
10. Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, Pipelines.
11. Good understanding of test automation techniques.
12. Good analytical and communication skills.
13. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban).
14. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
